With a two-hit performance on Sunday afternoon, DJ captured his second career batting title, finishing the season with a .364 average, tops in the Major Leagues. This feat makes the 32-year-old the first player to win undisputed batting titles in both the American League and the National League (2016 with the Colorado Rockies). DJ finished the season about as solid as one can, going 6-for-8 in his last two games, raising his average 16 points in those two games.
