JT Realmuto crushed a go-ahead, three-run home run in the fifth inning to help power an eventual 6-5 win for the Phillies over the Mets. The blast gave Realmuto eight on the season through the Phillies first 15 games, tying him with Hall of Famer Gabby Hartnett (1925) for the most home runs by a primary catcher through 15 team games in the Live-Ball era.
