The Indians loaded the bases in the top of the 10th inning without recording an out to set up Carlos Santana to deliver a go-ahead grand slam that propelled the Indians to a 7-3 victory over the Twins at Target Field. The Indians entered the series trailing the Twins by two games in the AL Central and departed Minnesota with a share of first place.
