Javier Baez reached a career milestone in incredible fashion, slugging a go-ahead, three-run home run in the eighth inning to mark his 100th homer. Baez's roundtripper turned out to be a decisive blast, as it put the Chicago Cubs ahead 5-3 in an eventual victory over the New York Mets.
