In a contest between the Detroit Tigers and the Pittsburgh Pirates on Wednesday afternoon, Tigers shortstop Javier Baez made an outstanding play in the field. In the third inning of the first game in the two Clubs' doubleheader, Baez expertly stopped a ball hit by Pirates center fielder Bryan Reynolds from becoming dangerous. Incredibly, while in the process of getting up, Baez flipped the ball, between his legs, to teammate Jeimer Candelario to secure the second out of the third inning.
