Philadelphia Phillies ace Zack Wheeler had everything working, ringing up 13 Miami Marlins in a 7-2 win. The veteran's outstanding seven-inning outing was a first for the Club to feature at least that many strikeouts and allow no walks since Vince Velasquez did it in 2016. It was also the first time team starters logged 12-plus strikeouts in consecutive games since 2011.
