The final at-bat at Oakland Coliseum was already going to be historic, but Mason Miller added even more meaning to it. Holding a 3-2 lead with two outs in the ninth inning against the Texas Rangers, the star closer pulled out all the stops. Miller's second-to-last pitch was a scorching 103.8 mph heater, the fastest pitch by an Oakland hurler at home in the Statcast Era (since 2015). Thanks to Miller's performance, Oakland fans were able to enjoy a victory in the stadium's final outing.
