After making franchise history over his previous two starts, San Diego Padres pitcher Dylan Cease made MLB history in his latest start against the Washington Nationals on Thursday. The righty tossed his first career no-hitter and the second in Padres history in a 3-0 road win. With the masterful outing, Cease became the first pitcher since at least 1901 to go six-plus innings allowing zero or one hit in three straight outings. He's also racked up 30 strikeouts in that span, giving him a current MLB-high 168 on the season.
