Scorches Double for 1st MLB Hit in Debut 2020 Topps NOW #138

A little over two years ago, the Giants selected Joey as the second overall player in the 2018 MLB draft. Since then, he has risen to become the organization's top prospect and on Thursday night he achieved a personal milestone by making his MLB debut. His next milestone, his first MLB hit, occurred in the bottom of the sixth when he roped a double down the left field line off Angels pitcher Julio Teheran. Joey's first game ended in fine fashion — a 10-5 victory for the Giants over the Angels.
