In what was their first home game in close to four weeks, and their first walk-off scenario of the 2020 season, the Cardinals wanted to capitalize on the moment. Down 4-2 in the bottom of the ninth, St. Louis knotted up the game on a RBI single from Yadier Molina and a balk by Reds closer Raisel Iglesias, which set the stage for Kolten Wong to play the evening's hero. He drove a Nate Jones fastball to the warning track, scoring Dexter Fowler, and queued up the team's first walk-off celebration of the year.
