Jesús Sánchez - 2024 MLB TOPPS NOW® Card 516 - PR: 348
Miami Marlins outfielder Jesús Sánchez flexed his muscles and then some in Monday's affair at loanDepot Park. The Dominican Republic native got all of a 1-1 changeup in the sixth inning, blasting off a 480-foot shot to right field. The tape-measure homer marked the longest of the 2024 MLB season and carried an exit velocity of 116.4 mph, the hardest-hit ball of his career. To add to that, the deep ball marks the longest by a Marlins player in the ballpark's history in the Statcast Era (2015).
