Saturday's afternoon matinee between the Los Angeles Dodgers and the Detroit Tigers turned into quite the showdown with six homers between both Clubs, but it was the first of the day that made history. In the top of the fifth inning, Shohei Ohtani took a mighty cut on a 1-0 count and sent Keider Montero's offering into the bleachers in right, his 200th career MLB home run. Ohtani continues to be a trailblazer for his countrymen, becoming the first Japanese-born player to reach the milestone for longballs.
