Cleveland Guardians third baseman José Ramírez has been red-hot over the past few weeks. Fresh off a multi-homer game last Wednesday, the slugger followed up with another two-homer performance on Sunday. In the fifth inning, he slammed a 418-foot shot into the right-field bleachers and then went deep again in the seventh, crushing a two-run blast. It was the 30-year-old's third multi-home run game of the season and the 23rd in Club history. He passed Manny Ramírez on Cleveland's all-time multi-HR games list to give "J-Ram" sole possession of fourth place.
