Ronald Acuña Jr. - 2023 MLB TOPPS NOW® Card 503 - PR: 1619
Ronald Acuña Jr. wasted no time getting started Tuesday against the Minnesota Twins. The Atlanta Braves superstar cracked his 29th career leadoff homer on the first pitch thrown in the bottom of the first inning. The longball put the outfielder's RBI total at 50 this season, making him and Joe Morgan (1975) the only players with 50 RBI and 35 stolen bases before July in MLB history. Acuña Jr. then launched his second homer of the game just one inning later. The shot pushed the 25-year-old ahead of Freddie Freeman for the most regular-season homers at Truist Park with 72.
