Adley Rutschman 2023 Topps NOW #4

One of the most promising young stars in Major League Baseball started off the 2023 season with a bang on Thursday afternoon at Fenway Park. In the top of the first inning, Baltimore Orioles rookie catcher Adley Rutschman provided his side an early lead, sending a solo shot into the bullpen. The 25-year-old was just warming up, however, ending the day a perfect 5-for-5 with four RBI in what was a 10-9 victory. Amazingly, he's the first catcher since at least 1901 to record five hits in an opening day contest.
