Texas Rangers starter Nathan Eovaldi has been on a roll lately and he added another gem on Thursday night against the Oakland Athletics. The 33-year-old went 8.2 innings in the game, striking out a career-high 12 batters in a scoreless outing. Eovaldi now carries a career-best 28.2 scoreless innings streak, tops in the Majors. The streak is also the longest by a Rangers pitcher since 2015, when Yovani Gallardo went scoreless through 33.1 frames.
