Spotted a 1-0 lead thanks to a Yordan Alvarez RBI hit-by-pitch one at-bat earlier, Houston Astros third baseman Alex Bregman's two-run double off Philadelphia Phillies reliever Jose Alvarado spurred what would be a five-run frame. Bregman cracked the 0-2 offering sharply into right field, scoring both Jose Altuve and Jeremy Peña – certainly the biggest hit of what was a historic night for the Club.
