Gosuke Katoh 2022 Topps NOW #104

A bright spot for the Toronto Blue Jays during Wednesday night's matchup with the visiting Boston Red Sox was some personal history being made for second baseman Gosuke Katoh. The 27-year-old rookie, originally drafted by the Yankees in the second round of the 2013 MLB draft, collected his first big-league hit in the bottom of the fourth inning. Katoh sent a line drive to left-center field and then hustled around first to slide safely into second for his first career hit. Congratulations Gosuke!
