Shohei Ohtani took MLB by storm this year with incredible displays of his two-way capabilities. The 27-year old pitcher and designated hitter compiled a 9.0 WAR in 155 games played as a hitter and in 23 games as a pitcher, the highest figure for any player. Ohtani finished second in the League with 47 longballs and tallied 100 RBI all while maintaining a 3.18 ERA with 156 strikeouts over 130 and 1/3 innings pitched.
